OUR SPECIALTY

Embark on a journey through time with our mission to revive lost recipes and nostalgic dishes from generations past.

Gulaabo ji has caught us by surprise. The restaurant is a beautiful connection between food, memory, and community which is masterfully woven throughout. The railway lemon rice & sambhar was nothing short of perfect. It felt warm and fuzzy throughout all the dining moments and the comfort we found in their meals is what Goa just needed.

Gulaabo ji is more like a new essential in Assagao. A must visit place for those who do not like loud music and want to spend time talking with each other. The chef was very kind and took our dietary restrictions before suggesting and changing the dishes. They have own parking space where you can park your vehicle
